ARTIST BIO
Sadie Storts is a dynamic musician, arranger, and artist whose work seamlessly blends her classical training with a raw, emotional songwriting style. Currently a fourth-year Commercial Music Production student at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, Sadie arranges and performs with the a cappella group Vocaholics, where her innovative arrangements recently earned her the Outstanding Arrangement for the Whole Set award at the 2025 ICCA Quarterfinals.
As an artist under the moniker "Sadie and the Tramps," Sadie performs cover songs with other musicians. In addition, Sadie’s experience includes solo gigging as well as group productions. Her original music fuses the boldness of '90s female rock with the introspection of indie pop, creating a sound that is both alluring and emotionally resonant. Influenced by the lyrical depth of Sara Bareilles and Taylor Swift, as well as the vocal honesty of Adele and Amy Winehouse, Sadie's music invites listeners into a space where vulnerability and strength coexist.
Sadie's arrangements reflect a unique blend of her songwriting sensibilities and her professional knowledge of voice and instrumentation. Her work captures the timeless qualities of musical theater, combining sincerity, authentic vocals, and atmospheric soundscapes that linger long after the song ends. Through each composition, Sadie aims to create a bridge between her personal experiences and the diverse, ever-changing world of her fans, offering a space for connection and understanding.
